“Atlantis Atmosphere” residential complex in Sarafovo South already has Act 16, which was received at the end of 2019. Atlantis Bulgaria Holding, a construction and investment company, has kept its promises and has completed the construction of “Atlantis Atmosphere” within the previously announced deadline

Act 16 is an extremely important document for the property owners in the complex as it marks the end of the construction process and certifies the right of exploitation.
